HaHaHa, NO. It just means we have been waiting for 18months (actually 28months if you include the time it took to get our Dossier together because of USCIS) with no end in sight.
a year and a half. who would have thought we'd still be so far away from holding our children in our arms. congrats on surviving that first 18 months.
